Machine Description:
Metal Plank Ceiling forming machine is an automated machine specially designed for the production of sheet metal ceiling. It mainly consists of decoiler, leveling, feeding, roll forming and control system.
Main Working Process :
 Feeding:Put the metal sheet into the feeding system, the machine will automatically feed it into the roll forming machine;
 Roll Forming System:The metal sheet is processed by molds and rollers and gradually formed into the shape of the ceiling.
 CuttingThe molded ceiling is cut through the cutting system to get the standard size ceiling plate.
