KINGREAL Full-Automatic Volume Control Damper Frame Roll Forming Machine is full-automatic tpye, adopts low carbon steel or Gi steel as raw material. Components of the production line: Decoiler, Straightener, Hydraulic Hole Punching System, Main Roll Forming Machine, Hydraulic Cut-Off Station, Product Collecting Table and Electrical Control System.
The metal VCD frame roll forming machine adopts 11-rollers straightening system with upper 5 and lower 6 rollers to ensure metal sheet is flat before main roll forming. Thickness of raw material is usually 2mm, width is according to actual situtation or design from clients. After straightening, metal sheet will be flat, without distortion/deformation and bending.
We equipped automatic volume control damper frame production line with more than 15 roller stations. Rollers were made of GCr15 steel, quenching hardness is HRC58~62. Shafts were made of 45# steel. Good steel ensure roll forming machine is durable and ready for long-time working. Roll forming speed is at maximum 12m/min, adjustable.

The volume control damper frame production line has a strong machine structure. it adopts an integrated side plate and archway combined structure, side panel thickness is 25mm, archway thickness is 25mm. Also, we choose high-quality parts from industry-leading manufacturers such as main motor from Siemens and Servo motor from Yaskawa to build electrical control system. All these methods make our machine with high quality.
Our multi-station hydraulic punching station can be designed to fit hole positions of different profiles for performing punching operations such as multi-station punching and corner cutting. The system is fully automatic and easy to use. It is suitable for volume control damper frame production line.
Actual product size is adjustable on steel volume control damper frame roll forming machine. Only need to input parameters into touch screen operating system, programmable PLC system automatically adjust rollers accordingly. We have strict product quality control system and strict tolerance limitations for each product.
