KINGREAL Full-Automatic Air Volume Control Damper Frame Production Line is full-automatic type with adjustable final product sizes. Components of the production line: Decoiler, Straightener, Hydralic hole punching system and Hydraulic bending cutting system.
This HVAC Volume Control Damper Frame Production Line is short type, so that it can save space for factories. Actual product sizes are adjustable from 200-700mm. Each hole on the fire damper can be chosen whether to punch. Hole punching system is hydraulic-powered, with air-cooling system. We have strict tolerance limitation to ensure both high-quality machine and finished products.

Our multi-station hydraulic punch system can be designed to fit hole positions of different profiles for performing punching operations such as multi-station punching and corner cutting. The system is fully automatic and easy to use. It is suitable for production of shelf columns and furniture profiles.
The hydraulic parts use high efficiency energy storage type hydraulic system. And it adopts Taiwan or Germany hydraulic components and equipped with air cooling system. It can be used for the high-speed punching and shearing of different roll formed products.
