1. Operation process of open cell ceiling:

- Determine the height and use the ink fountain to play the high level line on the wall

- Use iron expansion bolts to fix the suspending bars, and keep the light steel keel fixed under the suspending bars horizontal (if the span of the grid is less than 3 meters, the suspending bars are not needed

- Nail the aluminum angle wire along the horizontal line with cement nails, put the aluminum grille ceiling on the ground and assemble it completely, put the assembled grille ceiling on the aluminum angle iron, and directly tie the light steel keel in the middle position with thin iron wire superior.

2. Open cell ceiling elastic method

Use a level to copy out a level point on the corner of each wall (column) in the room (if the wall is long, a few points should be copied in the middle), and pop up the level line (the level line is generally 500mm from the ground)

From the level line to the design height of the ceiling, use the powder line to pop out the level line along the wall (column), which is the lower skin line of the ceiling grille.

At the same time, according to the ceiling plan, the position where the main keel pops up on the concrete roof. The main keel should be divided from the center of the ceiling to both sides, the maximum distance is 1000mm, and the fixing point of the boom should be marked.

If the fixing points of beams and pipes are larger than the requirements of design and regulations, the fixing points of hangers should be added.

3. Open cell ceiling hanging fixed hanging rod

Use expansion bolts to fix the hanging rod.

A ф6 boom can be used. Booms can use cold drawn steel bars and coiled steel bars, but the use of coiled steel bars should be mechanically straightened.

One end of the boom is welded with the L30*30*3 corner code, (the diameter of the corner code should be determined according to the diameter of the boom and the expansion bolt) The other end can be tapped to make a screw rod larger than 100mm, or you can buy finished wire Rod welding.

The manufactured boom should be treated with anti-rust treatment. The boom should be fixed on the floor with expansion bolts and punched with an impact hammer. The hole diameter should be slightly larger than the diameter of the expansion bolts.
