How to install C Shape strip Ceiling?

A new combination of aluminum strip ceiling and strip ceilings is produced by  Linear Strip Ceiling Making Machine, which adds new features to modern buildings. The C shape aluminum strip ceiling is composed of 100mm, 150mm, 200mm wide flat plates and 50mm color trim strips, which is more layered and fashionable. The surface adopts polyester roller coating and peritoneal technology.

Scope of application of C shape aluminum strip ceiling:

It is widely used in airport stations, hospitals, exhibition halls, office buildings, shopping malls, public places and other buildings.

Installation Notes:

1. According to the requirements of the designer, measure the elevation of the strip gusset after installation, and determine the horizontal line. At the same time, fix the corners on the same horizontal line (elevation) of the surrounding walls.

2. Determine the construction direction; Drill hoisting holes on the bottom surface of the top structure of the building according to the standard distance of ≤1200mm, and fix the angle code hanger with expansion bolts.

3. Fix the light steel keel hanger and light steel keel; Adjust the light steel keel to the level, and at the same time ensure the required elevation. The light steel keels are parallel to each other, and the spacing is standard 1200mm.

4. Fix the main keel of the strip-shaped gusset; Fix the main keel under the light steel keel with a special main keel hanger, and adjust the level and elevation of the main keel at the same time. The distance between the main keels is less than or equal to 1200mm, the main keel and the light steel keel are perpendicular to each other, and the main keels are parallel to each other.

5. Install the C shape aluminum strip ceiling; Buckle the C-shaped aluminum strip ceiling in the corresponding main keel groove. Note that it is best to buckle in from one direction, while keeping your hands clean and hygienic, and do not allow sweat, oil, etc. on your hands.
