Roll-coated square aluminum ceiling production process: material cutting, leveling, punching, corner cutting, forming, edging, patching, drying, inspection and packing.

1. Material cutting:

The purchased materials are generally coiled materials, with a width ranging from 1240-1300mm, and a total amount of about 3 tons. The coil should be slit vertically first, then sliced horizontally, and processed into blanks for square aluminum ceilings.

2. Leveling:

The billet from the coil will be somewhat uneven and form an arc. At this time, each piece of material must be leveled with a leveling machine, and then sent to the subsequent process.

3. Punching:

Some aluminum ceiling materials have punching requirements, which need to be done with special mechanical equipment. If punching is not required, this process can be omitted.

4. Corner cutting:

Before forming be sure to cut off the 4 corners according to the figure, otherwise it will not be able to be formed. The size design of the cut corner must be very accurate, and the cut corner must be in place when cutting.

Roll-coated ceiling installation process:

1. According to the required horizontal plane, vertical, horizontal and vertical should be pulled well.

2. Hoist the light steel keel (38 or 50 keel) according to the appropriate spacing, the general spacing is 1-2 meters, and the distance of the boom is distributed according to the regulations of the light steel profile.

3. Install the pre-install hangers on the keel together with the keel under the light steel keel. The distance between the keel and the keel is generally 1-2 meters. After all installations, the consistency level must be adjusted.

4. Buckle and hang the series type aluminum square ceiling on the keel in sequence, and then install the aluminum square and aluminum square supplier store with the PB-type keel. The PB-type aluminum square end should be kept at 10mm or 20mm distance arrangement installation.

5. Gloves must be worn when installing the hanging piece. If fingerprints or stains are accidentally left, it can be washed with detergent and then wiped dry.
