Technical Specifications 
Panel: Conwed Planks are made out of 0.6/0.7 mm Aluminum / 0.5 mm thick Galvanized coil, coated on continuous paint line, produced on advanced equipment, which would include several leveling stages. Two side of each tile would be raised & piped & stopped to ensure positive engagement into the Clip - in - profile, yet allow for demounting of individual Planks. All the Planks would have square edges. Standard size of Conwed Planks is 254mm x 1264 mm. Conwed Planks are available in various colors, finishes & perforations. Conwed Planks are also available in customized sizes. 
Suspension: Conwed Planks would be suspended by means of a suspension system comprising 0.5mm Galvanized steel clip - in - profile installed at correct spacing to support the Planks. Suspension Profiles would be suspended from roof structure by either by 4mm Galvanized wire rod or Rapid hangers and clips and hold - on - clamps at max. 1200 centre to centre or G.I. Bracket, GI. Suspension angle and GI Hold - on - clamp at max. 1200 centre to centre.

Clip – in – tiles:

Panel: Conwed Clip – in - Tiles are made out of 0.6 / 0.7 mm thick Aluminum / 0.5 mm thick Galvanized, coil coated on a continuous paint line, produced on advanced equipment, each tile would be raised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the clip-in-profile or spring tee, yet allow for demounting of individual Tiles. All Tiles would have option of square or beveled edges.Standard size of Conwed Planks are 600 x 600 mm. Conwed Clip – in - Tiles are available in various colors, finishes & perforations. Conwed Clip – in - Tiles are also available in 600 x 1200 mm. 
Suspension: Tiles would be suspended by suspension system comprising 0.5 mm Galvanized Steel clip - in - profiles/spring tee installed at correct spacing to support the Tiles. Suspension profiles would be suspended from roof structure by either 4 mm 0 Galvanized wire rod or Rapid hangers and clips and hold-on-clamps at max. 1200 centre to centre or G.I. ceiling bracket, G.I. suspension angle and G.I. Lay – in – tiles:

Panel: Conwed Lay In Tiles  are made from 0.5/0.6/0.7 mm thick Aluminum / 0.45/0.5 mm thick Galvanized Steel, coil coated on a continuous paint line, produced on advanced equipment, which would include several leveling stages. These Tiles have a flange on each end, which lay on the exposed "T" grid. The Tiles can be laid and easily removed without the aid of special tools. All Tiles would have square /beveled edges. Conwed lay – in - Tiles are available in various colors, finishes & perforations.
Suspension:

Suspension systems is standard 24 mm table exposed metal grid. The grid features 38 mm high main runners and cross tees, rolls formed from Galvanized Steel to BS 2989 Z- 18 Zinc coating. The main runners features bayonet ends and the cross tees stab ends for quick and simple coupling. 
The runners are pre-slotted to construct a variety of layouts. The main and cross runners are provided with a coil coated steel capping on the exposed table in off- white color. The grid is suspended from the roof with G.I. wire rod and quick adjustment suspension hangers along the runners
