1. The four-column hydraulic press has a small clearance or burr between the fixed differential pressure reducing valve core and the valve sleeve. Solution: It can be checked and the gap can be repaired to make the spool move flexibly. Deburring methods such as nylon brushes can be used to remove the burrs in the valve hole, and the burrs on the valve core can be removed by manual finishing methods such as oilstone.
2. The spring of the fixed differential pressure reducing valve is broken, too soft, or bent. Solution: Replace the spring.
3. The hydraulic oil is too dirty, aging, or not finely filtered, which causes the valve core to jam or block the throttle valve orifice. Solution: disassemble and clean, filter the oil or replace the oil.
4. The three-beam four-column hydraulic throttle valve has a large matching clearance between the valve core and the valve hole, which causes a large leakage. Solution: Grind the valve hole and reconfigure the valve core.
5. The gap between the valve core and the valve hole of the throttle valve is small or deformed, which may cause jamming. Solution: clean, grind and ensure the gap.
6. The tightening screw of the adjustment handwheel of the four-column hydraulic machine is loose or dropped, and the thread of the adjustment shaft is blocked by dirt or foreign matter. Solution: disassemble and clean, and tighten the screws.
7. The axial hole of the valve core of the throttle valve is blocked. Solution: disassemble and clean.
8. Due to the long-term shutdown of the four-column hydraulic equipment, the valve core is rusted and stuck in the valve hole due to moisture in the oil. When it is reused, the throttling adjustment fails. Solution: disassemble and clean, replace the valve core, and replace the oil.
