After the first installation of the hydraulic system of the servo hydraulic machine, it must be cleaned. After the maintenance and debugging, it should be cleaned according to the actual situation before use. The general steps of hydraulic system cleaning are as follows:
(1) The selected cleaning oil: When the system pipeline oil tank is relatively clean, and can be used for the viscosity of the working fluid, or the same kind of cleaning oil, if the system is found to be dirty, the cleaning may be slightly low-viscosity oil Clean.
(2) Cleaning of heated oil: The accessories of the hot oil system are easy to fall off. They are usually heated to 50-60℃ and the cleaning pressure is 0.2-0.4Mpa. The flow rate of the cleaned oil is as large as possible to facilitate dirt .
(3) Installed filter: In the cleaning circuit of the 50-100μ coarse filter, the inlet is installed, and the oil return port 10-50μ filter is installed. The coarse filter at the beginning is gradually switched to the fine mesh oil filter and gradient filter after a period of washing. The cleaning time is generally 8 to 24 hours. The oil filter is cleaned every half an hour, and the fine mesh filter is gradually replaced and the role of washing. Good low-viscosity oil can extend the cleaning time interval. The equipment with serious pollution can be cleaned and reused. Use a similar oil for the viscosity of the oil to be cleaned.
(4) The clean side is knocked with a wooden hammer, which can promote the drop rate of pollutants. Bent pipes and welded parts percussion instruments, but do not use excessive force to avoid deformation and breakage of the pipe.
(5) Drain clean oil: After cleaning, remove the clean oil as much as possible, including pumps, valves, pipes, and accumulated clean oil in the cooler. Loosen the pipeline, blow with compressed air, or add working oil to clean the oil away.
(6) Add a new hydraulic oil, clean the oil, add a new hydraulic oil immediately and run the test for a short time to prevent pipeline corrosion and other adverse effects.
