The main factors that determine the quality and price positioning of aluminum gussets

The aluminum materials used for the metal ceiling tiles are all aluminum alloy, and it is impossible to have pure aluminum. However, due to the difference in alloy content, the mechanical properties of aluminum alloys are different. At present, the aluminum alloys used in ceiling materials in China are roughly divided into five grades:
The first grade: Aluminum-magnesium alloy, which also contains part of manganese. The biggest advantage of this material is its good oxidation resistance. At the same time, because of its manganese content, it has a certain strength and rigidity. It is the most ideal material for smallpox. The performance of aluminum processing in the domestic Southwest Aluminum Plant is the most stable.
The second grade: aluminum-manganese alloy, the strength and rigidity of this material are slightly better than that of aluminum-magnesium alloy. But the oxidation resistance is slightly lower than that of aluminum-magnesium alloy. If both sides are protected, it basically solves the shortcomings that its oxidation resistance is not as good as aluminum-magnesium alloys. The aluminum processing performance of domestic Ruimin Aluminum is the most stable.
The third grade: aluminum alloy, which contains less manganese and magnesium. Therefore, its strength and rigidity are significantly lower than that of aluminum-magnesium alloy and aluminum-manganese alloy. Due to its softness and easy processing, as long as it reaches a certain thickness, it can basically meet the most basic flatness requirements of the ceiling. But its oxidation resistance is obviously inferior to aluminum-magnesium alloy and aluminum-manganese alloy. And it is easy to deform during processing, transportation and installation.
The fourth grade: ordinary aluminum alloy, the mechanical properties of this material are not stable.
Fifth grade: The raw material of this board is that the aluminum processing plant melts aluminum ingots into aluminum plates, and does not control the chemical composition at all. Due to the uncontrolled chemical composition, the performance of these materials is extremely unstable, resulting in serious unevenness on the surface of the product, deformation of the product, and easy oxidation.
From the above several grades of raw materials, it is not difficult for us to analyze the quality assurance of each type of ceiling after molding. The best aluminum gusset plates, their main raw materials are aluminum-magnesium alloy plates from Southwest Aluminum Plant and aluminum-manganese alloy plates from Ruimin Aluminum. Nowadays, many people think that the thicker the plate is better. Through the analysis of the above several raw materials, it can be known that if it is the same raw material, the thicker the plate is better, but if it is the fifth-grade plate, no thicker is possible. In addition, in surface treatment, some manufacturers have not reached a certain thickness of raw materials, but in order to pursue the idea of ​​thickness, an extra layer of paint is sprayed during surface treatment. Ordinary consumers cannot have a good understanding of the original material when buying aluminum gussets. The easiest way is to feel the strength and hardness of the aluminum plate by hand.
