Wooden grain aluminum clip-in ceiling installation instruction:

1. Measure the elevation of the strip grommet after installation and determine the horizontal line according to the requirements of the designer. At the same time in the same level of the surrounding wall (elevation) to fix the closing corners.

2. Determine the construction direction and make lifting holes on the bottom surface of the building top structure body according to the standard ≤1200mm distance, while fixing the corner ceiling rod with expansion bolts.

3. Fix the light steel keel pendant, light steel keel, and adjust the light steel keel to the level, while ensuring the required elevation. Light steel keel parallel to each other, the spacing is standard 1200mm.

4. Fix the main keel of strip fastener, fix the main keel under the light steel keel with special main keel pendant, and adjust the level and elevation of the main keel at the same time. The main keel spacing is less than or equal to 1200mm, the main keel and light steel keel are perpendicular to each other, and the main keel is parallel to each other.

5. Install the strip fasteners, snap the strip fasteners in the corresponding main keel slot. Note that it is best to buckle in from one direction, while keeping hands clean and hygienic, sweat hand and oil hand forbidden.
