What is the reason for the deviation of the feeder? The feeder is an auxiliary equipment equipped on the punching machine equipment, which can accurately give gifts and improve work efficiency. At present, there are many types of feeders. Common types of feeders include: servo feeder, triple A feeder, NC feeder, etc., and a common problem with these equipment is that the feed is off-track. What is the reason for the deviation of the feeder?

The installation and debugging of the feeder is relatively simple and convenient. There are no too many complicated steps. Even the first installation does not need to spend a lot of time. However, when the debugging is incorrect after installation or the material itself is defective, the feeder will inevitably fail to feed. The phenomenon of deviation of accuracy and material deviation, and the more common problem is the slip and deviation phenomenon of the material during the conveying process. At this time, it needs to be solved according to the method on the random manual:

   Solutions to the deviation of the servo feeder:

  1, first check whether the thickness of the material is adjusted and fixed with the equipment;

  2, check whether the relaxation time is appropriate;

  3, check again whether the feeding time is correct;

  4, whether the stroke matches the mold;

   5. Whether the spring tension of the brake device is appropriate.

   Three-in-one feeder deviation solution:

  1: Check whether the mold is at a 90° vertical angle to the feeder mounting plate;

  2: Check whether the material is aligned when it enters the feeder;

  3: re-calibrate the feed roller;

  4: Use the relaxation device to perform relaxation auxiliary guidance when the mold positioning needle enters one-third of the material hole.

   NC feeder deviation solution:

  1. The quality of the material itself causes the phenomenon of snake and deviation. The quality of the material itself should be checked first to see if the material is uneven, bent, uneven in thickness, or excessive burrs. If it exists, replace the qualified coil.

   2. The feed wheel pressure of the NC feeder is insufficient. Adjust the pressure spring to increase the pressure and ensure the left and right compression forces are consistent. At the same time, make sure whether the pressure spring has compressed material, whichever is not possible to pull the material by hand.

   3. The error in the fixed direction of the NC feeder. Poor ejection of the upper mold causes material pulling. Check whether the width of the coil and the position of the mold guide plate are appropriate, or whether the mold and the feeder are in a straight line, and check whether the car baffle plate and pallet have burrs or foreign objects.

  4. The adjustment of the material by the NC feeder is inappropriate. Whether the speed matching of the leveler and the NC feeder or the distance between the leveler and the NC is appropriate, whether the radian and height of the material meet the requirements, and whether the punch speed is appropriate.

   5. Sudden error of the feeder. The transmission gap between the roller and the servo motor is too large. Tighten the belt and check whether the length, width and thickness of the coil are standard.

   6. The feeder is not relaxed. Check whether the positioning guide pin in the mold works badly, the relaxation time is incorrect, the eccentric shaft and the relaxation shaft are stuck due to loss of oil, and deal with it according to the actual situation.
