After a period of application, the hydraulic oil should be replaced on the hydraulic press. How to judge whether the oil should be changed? We make judgments from the following points.
1. Take out a small amount of oil to be tested from the hydraulic oil pump, and the color of the checker changes. If it is found to be milky white and turbid (sometimes like light yellow milk), it needs to be replaced.
2. According to the incineration method, it is found that the hydraulic oil contains a lot of water, and a large amount of white smoke will be emitted during incineration. If you touch it with your hands, you will feel that it has lost its viscosity. These phenomena indicate that the oil has emulsified and degenerated and is not suitable for continued use.
3. Take out a small amount of the tested oil, the adhesive is deposited, and pinch it on your fingers. It feels that there are many adhesives and strong adhesion, indicating that the oil is oxidized.
4. Filter with filter paper. After filtering, when black residue remains on the filter paper, accompanied by a peculiar smell of flushing the nose, the oil of the hydraulic machine has been oxidized and transformed.
5. The deposited sludge can also be taken out directly from the bottom of the oil tank. If there is a lot of asphalt and peeling in it, the liquid in the hydraulic oil tank will be oxidized and peeled, and its function will be severely degraded and need to be replaced.
