What is hydraulic cavitation in a hydraulic press? How should it be solved?

Time:2021-03-28 Views:3111

What is hydraulic cavitation? Customers want to know and understand the product knowledge before they can use the product well. Hydraulic cylinder manufacturers will introduce this knowledge to customers and what is hydraulic cavitation.
1. Hydraulic shock: In the hydraulic system, due to some reasons, the liquid pressure suddenly rises in an instant, resulting in a high pressure peak. This phenomenon is called hydraulic shock.
2. Cavitation: also known as cavitation. In a hydraulic system, if the pressure at a certain point is lower than the air separation pressure at the temperature of the hydraulic fluid, the air originally dissolved in the liquid is separated, causing a large number of bubbles to appear in the liquid quickly. This phenomenon is called cavitation. phenomenon.
When the bubble enters the high pressure with the liquid flow, it quickly ruptures or shrinks sharply under the action of the high pressure, and then condenses into a liquid. The space occupied by the bubble forms a partial vacuum. The surrounding liquid particles fill this space at a very high speed. When they collide with each other, local high pressure is generated, forming a pressure shock.
If this local hydraulic shock acts on the metal surface of the part, the metal surface will corrode. This kind of corrosion caused by cavitation is called cavitation.
3. Displacement: The volume of oil that should be discharged theoretically per revolution of the hydraulic pump; the volume of oil required for the output shaft to make one revolution of the hydraulic motor without leakage.
