How to install aluminum grille ceiling?

1.    Determine the height, and use the ink fountain to hit the horizontal line on the wall.

2.    Use an iron expansion bolt to fix the hanging ribs on the top, and the light steel keel fixed under the hanging ribs should be kept level (if the grid span does not exceed 3 meters, the hanging ribs are not required).

3.    Use cement nails to nail the aluminum corners along the horizontal line.

4.    Put the aluminum grille on the ground to complete the assembly.

5.    Put the assembled grille ceiling on the aluminum angle iron, and tie the thin iron wire directly to the light steel keel in the middle.

⑴   Bounce line

Use a level to copy a horizontal point on each corner of the wall (column) in the room, and a horizontal line will pop up (the horizontal line is generally 500 mm from the ground).

Measure from the horizontal line to the ceiling design height, and use a pink line to pop up the horizontal line along the wall (column), which is the lower skin line of the ceiling grid. At the same time, according to the ceiling plan, the position of the main keel is ejected from the concrete roof.

(2) Fixed hanging rod

Use expansion bolts to fix the hanging rods. The suspender can use cold drawn steel bars and coiled steel bars, but the coiled steel bars should be straightened mechanically. The finished boom should be rust-proof. The boom shall be fixed on the floor with expansion bolts, and the hole shall be punched with an impact hammer. The hole diameter shall be slightly larger than the diameter of the expansion bolt.

(3) Spring leaf installation: use a boom to connect with light steel keel (if the ceiling is lower, you can directly install the spring sheet on the boom to omit this process), with a distance of 900mm~1000mm, and then clamp the spring on the boom.

(4) Grille main and auxiliary channel assembly. The main and auxiliary channels of the grille are pre-assembled below according to the requirements of the design drawings.

(5) Grille installation. Hang the pre-installed grille ceiling with a hook through the main bone hole, connect the entire grille ceiling, and adjust it to be level.
