The KINGREAL roll forming systems offer a complete range of production plants and roll former for the manufacture of T-bars for supporting suspended ceiling panels.

The ceiling T-Bar, T runner roll forming machines are consisted of a Main T-Bar Machine, a Cross T-Bar Machine and an Angle Roll Forming Machine, which can manufacture main T-Bar, Cross-T-Bar, wall angle, ceiling panel.There are three lines in the t bar ceiling system that is, the main t bar roll forming machine, cross t bar roll forming machine and L angle roll forming machine.

High technical profiles

-A galvanised sheet metal base gives structure and strength to the profile, but all that can be seen once the ceiling is assembled is a pre-painted sheet metal profile. -Special machining and hooks or connectors are to be found on the profile body and the ends, which allow the profiles to be fastened to the ceiling and to each other.

-The T-bar is a technical profile for supporting suspended ceiling panels (cell grid suspended ceiling) generally sized 60x60cm and 60x120cm. This highly technical system consists of three different profiles with length 600, 1200 called Cross Tees and 3600mm called Main Runner.

Ø  Equiped with inverter motor

-Producing in line speed: 40M per minute. Hydraulic automatic punching and cutting machine linked with main forming machine,punching and cutting automatically.

-Two heads and middle holes are punched and cut-off at the same time after forming. The dimensions of finished products are top-grade, and the product length and hole distance accurately. The products length: 3.6M(12feet). Imperial system or metric system is optional.
