Turkey Project - Textile Install Machine for Ceiling Tile

Our ceiling tiel acoustic textile install machine had been exported to Turkey, after half year study of the textile install machine (non woven fabric glue on the back of the aluminum ceiling tiles.

There are different type of ceiling tiles including 300mm*300mm aluminum ceiling tile, 600*600mm metal ceiling tiles, and the perforation ceiling tile can be full perforation ceiling tiles, also half perforation ceiling tiles, we can also use different metal such as galvanized steel, aluminum to produce the ceiling tiles.

For all these different type of metal ceiling tiles, we all needs textile tissue to glue on the back to make the metal ceiling tile sound proof, dust proof and beautyful appeareace.

Our traditional textile glue machine can automatically install the non woven fabric for full perforation ceiling tile including different types, clip in ceiling tile, lay in ceiling tiles and lay on ceiling tiles.

And for the half perforation ceiling tiles, we develop a different type which can produce for the half perforation ceiling tiles. Usually the textile size is 420mm* 420mm.
