Saudi Project - 600mm Ceiling Tile Production Line
Our metal ceiling tile production line had been successfully deliveried to Saudi. This production line is for producing the standard clip in 600*600mm ceiling tile and also for 1250mm galvanzied steel peforation panel.
The basic procedure of 600*600mm metal ceiling tile production line is uncoil the steel coil, then do the first flattening, after flattening then go the the perforation machine, after that it will cut to required length, and do the corner punch and panel forming.
This is the basic production process of the 1200mm galvanized steel perforation sheet production. The sheet thickness can range from 0.5-1.5mm to change different dies. Our perforation machine capacity is 200tons to ensure the quality of the perforation sheet no spur and flat.
