KSA Project 600X600mm Semi Automatic Perforated Metal Ceiling Tile Making Machine

Our square metal ceiling plate production line had been successfully deliveried to KSA. This perforated metal ceiling tile production line is for producing the standard 600*600mm aluminum square ceiling tile and glavanized ceiling plate. By change the perforation molds, it can produce different perforation types including 1.8mm, 2.3mm or other types requests. By change the corner cutting and bending forming mold, it can produce different type such as clip in ceiling tiles, lay in ceiling tiles or lay on ceiling tiles and etc.

The basic procedure of 600*600mm full automatic square metal ceiling tile production line is uncoil the steel coil, then do the first flattening, after flattening then go the high speed perforation machine, after that it will cut to required length, and do the corner punch automatically, after that it will be take the bending forming oil press to do the bending forming manually.

This square metal ceiling tile production line is featured with high automation, high effciency, low labor cost and etc. And this metal ceiling production line can produce aluminum ceiling tiles and steel ceiling plates.



This is the basic production process of the 600mm*600mm galvanized steel perforation ceiling tiles or aluminum ceiling panels. The sheet thickness can range from 0.5-0.7mm to change different dies to get high quality products. Our perforation machine capacity is 120tons to ensure the quality of the perforation sheet no spur and flat.



We use high speed gantry press with high quality leveling machine to ensure the quality of the ceiling panels. Four column oil press machine is used for the corner cutting and bending forming to get the final products.

We use 120 ton high speed gantry press to do the metal ceiling tile perforation. For the aluminum ceiling tile it can perforation 8 rows each time, for the galvanized steel it can perforate 4 rows each time.

The perforation mould is also very important for the final ceiling tile products quality. We choose high quality wire cut moulds to do the perforation. For aluminum ceiling tiles and galvanized ceiling plates, we use different mould to ensure the quality.

We use four cloumn oil press for the corner cutting and bending forming. For corner cutting, we use the same mould to produce aluminum ceiling tile production and galvanized steel ceiling tile production. While for the bending forming, due to different thickness of the aluminum and galvanized steel, we suggest to use different mould to do the bending forming.

There is clip in, lay on, lay in type for the ceiling panels, mould need to change when produce different types.



We use automatic manipulator for the corner cutting and bending forming. This is first choice for the ceiling tile production line manufactuer. Which can save a lot of labor cost for the manufactuer.

The perforation ceiling tile production line is for producing different types of perforated ceiling tiles including clip in, lay in, lay on ceiling plates. Also it can produce both aluminum ceiling panels and galvanized ceiling tiles.

After perforation ceiling tiles production, it can use our acoustic ceiling tile textile install machine for the black non-woven install.
