The metal ceiling tile making machine can produce both CLIP in ceiling tile and LAY in ceiling tile. When produce different types of ceiling tiles, it needs to change the notching & shearing molds set, also the bending forming molds set.
The metal ceiling plate bending forming press is manual operation. One worker will take the sheet and put into the press mold, the press the button to finish one time bending forming. The press has photoelectic fence to avoid human injury accident.
KINGREAL offer full automatic solution for square metal ceiling tile production, the pre-straightener can be equipped with film lamination device and it can automatic put the protective film on the sheet surface.
KINGREAL high speed squre metal ceiling tile perforation line can perforate 600*600mm CLIP IN / LAY IN ceiling tile, 600*1200mm CLIP IN/ LAY IN ceiling tile, 300*300mm metal ceiling tile. And the perforation holes diameter can be changed by different perforation molds.
KINGREAL INDIA metal ceiling board production machine can produce both aluminum ceiling tile and also steel ceiling tile. To produce different materials, different perforation die need to be used. And each perforation mold can produce material thickness range 0.1mm. If need to produce wide range thickness materials, may need to change the perforation pins or perforation molds.
