U baffle ceiling roll forming machine can automatically adjust the width through the setting program to produce u baffle ceilings of different sizes. Automatic equipment saves manpower and improves production efficiency.
This U-Baffle Production Line has high-quality Cr12MoV rollers, which ensure high-precision roll forming.
The whole roll forming section is PLC controlled, it‘s easy to operate thanks to our touch screen display. This line features high-speed production and high-quality products.

The leveler adopts 21 rollers straightening device, which can realize precise leveling. The rollers of the straightener are hard chrome plated to ensure surface smoothness, strength and endurable to avoid scratching of the tiles‘ surface.
