KINGREAL S300 Linear Strip Ceiling Making Machine can produce linear strip ceilings up to 300mm width. Product size is adjustable. Components of the production line: Decoiler, Straightener, Notching Station, Roll Forming Machine, Hydraulic Shearing and Bending Station, Product Output Table.
This S300 Linear Stirp Production Line is with High-quality Cr12MoV rollers, which ensures high-precision roll forming. The whole roll forming section is PLC controlled, it‘s easy to operate thanks to our touch screen display. For S300 linear ceiling strips machine, we can produce the strips with or without bending ends. The bending ends can be produced full aromatically. With precision pre-notching station before the main roll forming machine, the strips will be shear and bend in one step after precision roll forming.
We equipped this production line with high-precision hydraulic cutting. The cutting station uses servo motor from Yaskawa, a famous Japanese brand. Also, the station is with an air-cooling station and high-quality steel for cutting. All these methods ensure linear strip products with high accuracy.
The KINGREAL Combi structure can be widely used in multi-spec production of high-speed keel forming machine,baffle ceiling carrier making machine and other linear ceiling roll forming machines.Different types of products can be produced by the same machine by using this structure.And the roller sets can be easily and quickly switched,thereby saving time and reducing technical difficulties.
We use high precision full servo control system for our machines.

2,We use Yaskawa servo feeder for the follow shearing system.
3,These feeders ensure high-precision,high-speed and stable operation of our machines.
