What is the HVAC ductwork?

Time:2024-06-20 Views:117
HVAC, which is the abbreviation of "Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning", means "heating, ventilation and air conditioning". HVAC is an applied discipline that has a wide impact on the world‘s architectural design, engineering and manufacturing industries. Heat transfer and fluid mechanics are its basic theoretical foundations, and its research and development direction is to provide humans with a more comfortable working and living environment. At present, a large part of the world‘s energy consumption is caused by providing heating and air conditioning for buildings in different regions and seasons. Therefore, the research on HVAC technology is of great significance to solving the energy crisis we are facing and solving global warming.

The hvac spiral duct system is a control system that includes temperature, humidity, air cleanliness and air circulation. The working principles of air conditioning for supplying cooling, heating or dehumidification are similar. The refrigerant evaporates or condenses under the action of the compressor, thereby causing the evaporation or condensation of the surrounding air to achieve the purpose of changing the temperature and humidity.

HVAC spiral duct system includes:
1. Air conditioning unit (equipment)

2. Heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification equipment (equipment)

3. Ventilation spiral ducts (supply, return, exhaust, dust removal, facilities)

4. Air purification and filtration system (facilities, equipment)

5. Purification plant (belongs to the plant)

Brief Introduction to Operation of HVAC Spiral Duct System:
HVAC spiral duct is a network of metal or flexible pipes that carry conditioned air from your HVAC system to vents, which then distribute the air to living areas in your home. These spiral duct pipe often snake through attics, crawl spaces, or basements, moving cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter. Key components of a hvac spiral ductwork system include trunks (which receive conditioned air directly from your heating and air conditioning unit), branches (which direct air to different zones or floors), supply spiral ducts (which deliver conditioned air to individual rooms), return spiral air ducts (which collect stale air for filtration and reconditioning), and spiral vent pipes and grilles (openings through which conditioned air enters and exits a room)

Intake: Unconditioned air is drawn into the return duct through the return grille.
Filtration: The air passes through filters to remove dust, allergens, and impurities.

Heating/Cooling: Depending on the season, the air is heated or cooled.

Distribution: Conditioned air passes through the main line, branch ducts, and supply ducts.

Delivery: Conditioned air enters your living space through vents and vents.
Return: Stale air is drawn back into the return metal spiral pipe through the grille, and the cycle repeats. Therefore, the spiral duct system plays a vital role in ensuring your home remains comfortable year-round!

How to confirm the HVAC suckwork system
1. Calibration confirmation: During the adjustment, testing, confirmation and monitoring of the HVAC system, the test instruments and field instruments must be calibrated.

2. Installation confirmation: The installation confirmation must be carried out in accordance with the design drawings, design instructions, acceptance specifications and GMP regulations confirmed by DQ.

3. Operation confirmation: The operation confirmation must be carried out in accordance with the designed operating parameters and the technical data, acceptance specifications and GMP regulations provided by the manufacturer.

4. Performance confirmation: Confirm that the clean air conditioning system can continuously and stably make the cleanliness of the clean area meet the design standards and production process requirements.

5. Confirmation of the on-duty operation effect: Applicable to CD level, there is controversy in the sterile area.

6. Confirmation of disinfection/sterilization effect: Microbial level before and after disinfection/sterilization.

7. Revalidation management: Relevant parameters should be tested regularly and revalidated after overhaul, modification or change.
