The four-column hydraulic press has requirements for the working environment. As a hydraulic equipment, the four-column hydraulic press has high requirements for the work welcome. Even a small dust-sized impurity in the system can cause the entire hydraulic system to stagnate. Therefore, we must ensure a good working environment for the four-column hydraulic press.

(1) During the working process, the oil temperature should be between 10°C and 60°C. If the oil temperature is too high, stop working and use it after the oil temperature drops;

(2) Keep the column and the surface of the piston clean;

(3) If the work is found to be abnormal, the machine should be shut down for inspection immediately, and no work should be carried out;

(4) When it is not used for a long time, all processed surfaces should be cleaned, coated with anti-rust oil, and supported on the workbench.

Safe operation regulations

(1) Do not understand the structure of the hydraulic press, and shall not open the hydraulic press without the permission of the management personnel;

(2) During the working process of the hydraulic press, it is strictly forbidden to repair or adjust the mold;

(3) It is strictly forbidden for the slider to exceed the maximum stroke;

(4) During the work process, it is strictly forbidden to put your hands and head into the effective area of ​​the workbench;

(5) It is strictly forbidden to tighten the pipe joints and nuts with high pressure during the working process of the hydraulic press;

(6) Frequently check the travel switch and safety protection device to ensure the reliable operation of the machine;

(7) When adjusting or overhauling the mold under the slider, it must be supported by a support block and no pressure is allowed to ensure safety.
