1. Adjust the mounting height of the punch according to the closing height of the mold, so that the mounting height of the punch is slightly larger than the closing height of the mold.
2. Raise the slider to the top dead center, put the mold in the working position, and then gradually lower the slider so that the mold handle is installed in the mold handle hole of the slider, and the lower plane of the slider is in contact with the upper mold seat. Then fix the mold handle (upper mold) with pressing block or pressing screw.
3. The lower mold is placed on the backing plate of the punch workbench and aligned with the upper mold, and the lower mold is fixed on the backing plate of the workbench with a pressing plate or a compression screw.
4. Move the flywheel by hand (or select jog, then cut off the main power supply of the press), move the slider to a very low position, loosen the adjusting nut of the adjusting screw, turn the adjusting screw, according to the mold closing height and upper and lower cutting edges According to the contact requirements, adjust the slider to the proper position, and then lock the screw.
5. Adjust the head screw of the punching rod device of the punch press so that the pushing action is carried out at the end of the stroke.
6. Turn on the power of the press, run it for several times with no-stroke, and then perform a test punch.
