Hydraulic press manufacturers should pay attention to the following points to prevent the deterioration of hydraulic oil during transportation:
1. Reduce the temperature as much as possible to reduce the temperature difference. Lowering the temperature and reducing the temperature difference can reduce evaporation loss and delay the rate of oxidative deterioration.
2. During the transportation process, the manufacturer of the hydraulic press installs the hydraulic oil to a safe capacity to reduce the gas space in the container. This is one of the measures to reduce oil evaporation loss and delay oil oxidative deterioration. When storing and transporting oil products, the inside of the container should flow out of the necessary expansion space according to temperature changes, and fill it as much as possible. The same oil product has a long storage and transportation period, and when the quantity of the oil product is not satisfied, it should be combined in a timely manner.
