How to solve the uneven oil supply of the four-column hydraulic gear pump during operation?

One. Uneven oil supply caused by mechanical failure
   The four-column hydraulic press has been used for a long time, because the oil pump drive coupling is loose or the gap is too large, the backlash becomes larger, the drive gear is worn, and it will also affect the unevenness of the oil supply of each cylinder. In addition, frequent vibration or insufficient tightening of high-pressure oil pipe joints leaks, or excessive tightening force may cause the joint metal to fall off and block the oil pipes, which will also cause uneven oil supply in each cylinder. In addition, among oil pumps and governor springs, the plunger springs have strong force, greater deformation, and higher operating frequency. So its breaking frequency will be higher. The lighter fuel injection volume decreases, the fuel injection volume of each cylinder is uneven, the fuel injection distance time of each cylinder is out of tolerance, and the fuel injection start time is delayed. In severe cases, the oil supply is interrupted or even unable to supply oil.

Second, the difference between the use premise and the debugging state
   According to the measurement, the amount of oil actually injected into the cylinder by the hydraulic oil pump is only about 80% of the test bench debugging amount. Although the oil pump debugging personnel will consider this factor, it is usually impossible to accurately grasp it. In addition, because of the difference in the degree of wear or airtightness of the cylinder liner piston and the valve mechanism, the temperature and pressure of each cylinder after compression will also be different. Even if the hydraulic oil pump is debugged on the test bench, after installation and use, the oil supply of each cylinder will be uneven. The oil pump is debugged at room temperature on the test bench, while the installation is used when the cylinder is compressed, the temperature in the cylinder reaches 500-700℃, and the pressure is 3-5MPa. There is a big difference between the two.
   3. Uneven fuel supply during commissioning
   When the hydraulic oil pump is debugged on the test bench, it is required that the unevenness of the oil supply of each cylinder at the rated speed should be 3%.
