Maintenance and maintenance instructions for presses

1. Maintenance

  A. Always keep the center column and slider guide column clean, and keep the mold bottom plate free of dirt when setting up the mold to ensure the platform is clean and avoid scratches.

b. When the new machine is used for 1 month, add butter (including the feeder) to the flywheel. If there is no oil for a long time, it will cause the internal wear of the flywheel and affect the performance of the machine tool. It needs to be added for each subsequent maintenance (high temperature resistance 150o Above butter)

  C. Replacement of machine circulating oil: Replace the new machine once within one month, and then every six months to ensure the normal operation and precision of the machine tool (32#mechanical oil or Meifu 1405#)

  2, operation safety

  A. Two people cannot operate a machine at the same time, otherwise the machine will start suddenly and cause injury to the operator.

  B. The operator must press the emergency stop button in the manual feeding process, especially when he reaches into the mold to assist the feeding, so as to avoid serious consequences.

  C. When setting the mold, wait for the flywheel to stop completely before proceeding.

  3, pay attention to things when setting up a mold

  A. Do not exceed the die height range of the punch (within the upper and lower limits), otherwise the punch will be damaged.

  B. The mold cannot be killed, and there must be a gap of 0.02~0.04mm.

  C. When the mold is set up ①The model machine is mechanically locked, after the punch slider is tightened, the slider will sink 0.07~0.15mm

  ②Hydraulic locking model machine, after the punch is locked, it will float by 0.03~0.05mm

  D. After the mold is set up, turn the flywheel by hand to see if it can be over-molded (the over-mold should not be too tight

  E. If manual operation is used, the manual valve (on the clutch solenoid valve) must be released at the end, otherwise the machine tool will start stamping once it is started, which may cause damage to both the operator and the mold.

  4. Regular inspection (daily inspection is recommended)

  A. Whether the amount of oil in the fuel tank is sufficient and whether the oil is clean.

  B. Check whether there is oil in the three-point combination automatic fuel injector. (Within the upper and lower limits)

  C. Is the booster pump oil sufficient? (More than half of the fuel tank)

  D. Whether there is oil leakage or air leakage.

  E, whether there is drainage in the air tank

  F. Whether the machine has abnormal noise.

  G, keep the inside of the electric control box clean and ventilated smoothly.

   5. The connection between the punch and the periphery

  A. The sockets of the fuselage and electric control box should not be connected to excessive load, within 300w, otherwise the internal components of the machine tool will be damaged.

  B. The connection line marked with the scissors function on the side wall box of the fuselage. When the scissors switch is turned on, there is a 220v voltage. The customer needs to pay special attention when using the scissors function.

  C. It is best not to control the power cord of the feeder and receiver through the air switch of the press and other internal switches, otherwise there is a danger of overload, so as to avoid serious consequences.
