Ways to reduce vibration and noise of hydraulic oil tank

1. Vibration damping and vibration isolation are mainly used for hydraulic pump motor units. Vibration damping pads and elastic couplings are selected, such as HL-type elastic pin coupling, ZL-type brake wheel elastic pin coupling and slider coupling Device and so on. Pay attention to the coaxiality motor and pump device; the fuel tank cover, bottom plate and wall plate should have sufficient rigidity; the acoustic pump data should be placed in the lower part of the hydraulic pump motor equipment. If the hydraulic pump motor equipment and the fuel tank are set separately, the effect will be better. Practice has proved that the distance from the end of the oil return pipe to the wall of the fuel tank should not be less than 50mm, otherwise the noise oscillation may be large. In addition, vibration and noise can be blocked by sound-absorbing materials (such as fuel tank caps).

2. Decrease the oil resistance of the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic machine. When the pump has cavitation, the noise level of the system will increase significantly. The cavitation of the pump and the onset of output pressure pulsation are significantly affected by the oil resistance. In order to ensure the seal of the pump shaft of the hydraulic machine and avoid cavitation on the oil inlet side, the general control scale of the allowable pressure of the pump suction inlet is a positive pressure of 0.035MPa.

In addition, the amount of air that can be dissolved by the hydraulic fluid of the hydraulic machine is in proportion to the pressure of the liquid. A liquid saturated with air under atmospheric pressure will become a supersaturated liquid under vacuum, and the air will precipitate, causing significant noise and vibration. Therefore, use the clamp tank as much as possible when the conditions permit. This creates filling pressure on the pump and makes it difficult to separate the air from the oil. However, it becomes more difficult to increase the effective strength of the oil surface with regard to the suspended air bubbles overflowing the oil surface, and the air bubbles below φ0.6mm will not add pressure pulsation, so they will not be added randomly.

3. Keep the oil tank relatively stable, the oil temperature is low, the increase of oil temperature will add the air separation pressure in the oil, and then add the system noise. Therefore, it is very important for the hydraulic press to have a stable lower temperature scale (30~55°C).
