What are the performance requirements of the servo hydraulic system when it is running?

The operation process of the servo hydraulic system is very stable, and in many cases everyone does not have to worry about accidents. However, there are certain requirements for its performance in the process of using the servo hydraulic system. Let me explain the specific requirements for the performance of the servo hydraulic system.
1. The minimum pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the oil chamber refers to the full opening of the orifice. When the nominal flow is passed, the pressure difference between the valve entering and leaving the oil chamber is generally about 1mpa. If the pressure difference is too low, the part of the pressure reducing valve cannot effectively compensate the pressure of the throttle valve, thus affecting the stability of the flow.
2. Flow adjustment range. In general, the larger the flow adjustment range of the multi-function servo hydraulic system, the better, and during adjustment, the flow changes uniformly and the adjustment performance is good.
3. The minimum stable flow rate refers to the minimum flow rate at which the speed control valve can work normally, that is, the rate of change of the flow rate is not more than 10%, and there is no cut-off phenomenon. The minimum stable flow of QF type speed control valve and QDF type one-way throttle valve is generally about 10% of the nominal flow.
4. Internal leakage refers to the flow of leakage from the inlet cavity to the outlet cavity at the fitting gap between the valve core and the valve body when the pressure of the inlet cavity is adjusted to the nominal pressure when the throttle valve is fully closed. The internal leakage is required to be small . In addition, the multi-function servo hydraulic system requires that the speed control valve is not easily blocked when it is working. The flow rate through the valve is less affected by temperature.
