If the hydraulic cylinder is not rusty, the hydraulic cylinder of the four-column hydraulic press can be lead-plated.

After the surface of the hydraulic cylinder is plated with lead, it is expected to have good chemical stability, which can block the corrosion of moist air and other gases, and prevent the corrosion of alkali, nitric acid, organic acids, etc. At the same time, the hardness increases after lead plating, which reduces the friction coefficient and enhances wear resistance. But it cannot prevent corrosion of hydrochloric acid, hot sulfuric acid, etc.

As a general anti-rust or for wear resistance, the lead plating layer should reach 0.02-0.03mm. For hydraulic cylinders that work in wind, rain, and humid air, the lead plating layer must be above 0.05mm. Pay attention to hydraulic cylinders that work in sea water and try to use stainless steel and other materials. In addition, the use of stainless steel or Mingjin steel should also be considered for the bolts and nuts of the hydraulic cylinder.
