1. Press the (pump start) button to adjust the pressure relay to 2-5Mpa (counterclockwise is to reduce the working pressure);
2. Turn the selector switch to manual state;
3. Press the (master cylinder fast forward) key to make the movable beam descend to the mold closed. At this time, the pressure relay pressure can be gradually increased to the working pressure, and then press (master cylinder reset), after the master cylinder is reset, press the material cylinder to eject and The material tank is reset; the manual cycle operation is completed.
4. When the material tank is not required to work, turn the material tank selector switch to the ‘off’ position.
Automatic debugging of four-column hydraulic press:
1. Press the (Auto/Manual) key to the automatic state;
2. Press the start switch on the machine tool to complete a cycle such as quick down and pressure reset; (the start switch is two buttons on the center beam or a foot switch)
