① The spool of the diverter valve is stuck radially due to poor geometric accuracy or due to burrs. Since the pressure drop of the primary orifice (fixed orifice) is lower than 0.6~0.8MPa, the diverter valve will not be ugly, so the system pressure (pressure flowing into the diverter valve) must be at least greater than this pressure value. Otherwise, the diverter valve will not work. At this time, the installation position of the hydraulic cylinder must be corrected.
② Because the clearance between the valve core and the valve body hole is too small, the valve core will easily become stuck in the radial direction when the oil of the servo hydraulic system is contaminated or the oil temperature is too high.
