The above is actually a regular oil change method, which is used more often. In fact, there are three commonly used oil change methods at present.

  Three methods to determine the oil change period:

  1. Visually inspect the oil change method. It is based on the experience of the maintenance personnel, according to the visual observation of some regular state changes of the oil-such as the oil turns black, smelly, becomes milky white, etc., decide whether to change the oil.

2. Regular oil change method. According to the environmental conditions, working conditions and oil change intervals of the oil used at the site where the equipment is located, the oil should be replaced when it is due. This method is very suitable for enterprises with more hydraulic equipment.

  3. Sampling and testing method. Regularly sample and test the oil in the hydraulic press to determine the necessary items (such as viscosity, acid value, moisture, particle size and content, and corrosion, etc.) and indicators, according to the actual measured value of the oil quality and the specified oil degradation standards. By comparison, determine whether the oil should be changed.

  For these three oil change methods, the visual oil change method is subjective and needs to be judged based on the experience of the maintenance personnel. There is great uncertainty. The regular oil change method sometimes causes a certain waste, and the sampling test method is the most Scientific, more suitable for hydraulic press and cold extrusion molding machine equipment.
