Raw material coils will be decoiled, then pre-straightener to ensure they are flat before roll forming. Quality-steel-made roller stations cold roll form coil as per design, shearing station to cut product to length, final product output. The whole procedure will be done full automatically, as such save labor costs and provide high efficiency. Above procedure can be applied on all of our linear strip making machines.
