KINGREAL new developed metal ceiling tile bending forming machine can produce the metal ceiling tile in one time. The ceiling tile bending forming mold is intergral mold which can do the notching and bending forming in one time. 



KINGREAL Plain metal ceiling tile bending forming machine is full automatic system including hydraulic material decoiler, precision straightener, and full automatic hydraulic bending forming press. The formed ceiling tiles can be delivery out from the production line automatically and the notching and bending forming can be finished in one step. The suspended ceiling bending line is featured with full automatic, easy to operate and low maintainence.



KINGREAL full automatic metal ceiling tile bending forming machine is intergral mold for one step notching and bending forming mold. The ceiling tile forming tool can finish the metal ceiling plate notching and bending forming in one mold. The first step it will cut out the four corner then it will do the bending forming. The metal ceiling tile production line can produce CLIP IN aluminum ceiling tile and LAY IN metal ceiling tile by changing the tools set.

The false ceiling tile making machine can produce CLIP IN 60*60CM metal ceiling tile, also LAY IN 600*600MM aluminum ceiling tile, and other LAY ON suspended ceiling tile.
