Here are some steps about how to install the square aluminum grid:

1.    The product is divided into main bars and vice bars. The main bars are down when installed, and the vice bars are clamped into the main bars from top to bottom. The main bars and the vice bars are installed in parallel respectively.

2.    During on-site installation, the light steel main keel is first hoisted according to the design elevation and adjusted to the level, keeping parallel to each other.

3.    On the workbench, the grid main ribs and vice ribs are combined into a unit (generally 2000*2000) according to the design length dimension (generally 2000).

4.    Hang the grille unit (generally 2000*2000) with the light steel keel through a special pendant for aluminum grille. The grid unit can be connected and locked by hooking the vice ribs when they are connected to each other.

5.    After installation, you can adjust it slightly.

6.    The edge can be closed by the edge corner.

7.    During the installation process, keep your hands clean, and there should be no undesirable phenomena such as sweat and oil.
