What are the reasons for the abnormal heating of the hydraulic press?

Causes of the problem and repair solutions:
1. Poor decoration
(1) Improper clearance (such as the clearance of plunger/cylinder, blade/rotor slot, stator and rotor, gear/guillotine plate, etc. is too small, the sliding parts are overheated and burned)→→Disassemble and clean, measure the clearance, and re-distribute to the specified clearance
(2) The assembly quality of the hydraulic press is poor, and the coaxiality of the transmission part is low, →→disassemble, clean, reassemble, and meet the technical requirements
(3) The quality of the bearing is poor, or it is broken during assembly, or it is not cleaned and dried during installation. Don‘t run it hard when running → → Disassemble for inspection, replace the bearing, and reassemble
(4) The lubricating oil drain through the bearing is not unblocked
a. The screw plug of the oil return port is not opened (the pipe is not connected) →→install the oil return pipe;
b. The oil passage of the hydraulic machine has not been cleaned and dried, and there is dirt → → clean the pipeline;
c. There are too many elbows in the return pipe or flattening →→Replace the pipe and reduce the pipe head
2. Poor oil quality
(1) The viscosity-temperature characteristics of the oil are poor, and the viscosity changes greatly →→Select hydraulic oil as required
(2) The hydraulic oil contains a lot of water and causes poor lubrication → → Replace with qualified oil to clean the inside of the oil tank
(3) The oil is seriously polluted→→change the oil
3. Pipeline failure
(1) The drain pipe is flattened or blocked →→clean and replace
(2) The diameter of the oil drain pipe is small, which cannot meet the oil drain requirements →→change the design and replace the pipe
(3) The diameter of the oil suction pipe is small, and the oil suction resistance is large.
4. External influences
High external heat source and poor heat dissipation conditions→→Remove external influences and add heat insulation measures
5. Large internal leakage, low efficiency and heat generation
Low volumetric efficiency of hydraulic pump
(1) The internal sliding parts of the hydraulic pump are severely worn → → Disassemble for cleaning, repair and replacement
a. The end face of the oil distribution plate of the vane pump is severely worn → → Grind the end face of the oil distribution plate
b. The gear end face and the guillotine plate are severely worn → → grinding, repairing or replacing
c. The gear pump of the hydraulic machine is seriously worn out due to bearing damage → → Replace the bearing and repair it
d. The plunger of the plunger pump and the cylinder bore are severely worn →→Replace the plunger and match it to the requirements, clean it and reinstall it
e. The oil distribution plate of the plunger pump and the end face of the cylinder body are severely worn → → Grind both ends to meet the requirements, clean and reinstall
(2) Poor pump assembly
a. The gap between stator and rotor, plunger/cylinder, pump body/side plate is large → → reinstall, select the gap according to the technical requirements
b. The screw ruthenium tightening torque on the hydraulic pump cover is uneven or loose → → Re-tighten the screw and achieve a uniform force
c. Reverse installation of blades and rotors→→correct the direction and reassemble
(3) The viscosity of the oil is low (wrong oil is used or the oil temperature is too high) →→change the oil and check the reason for the high oil temperature
