KINGREAL Full-Automatic C300 Metal Linear Strip Ceiling Making Machine is fully computer controlled type. It can produce C-shape linear strip ceilings up to 300mm width. By switching roller stations, shearing stations and molds, production line can provide G/S/R/B types linear strips as well. Components of the line: Hydraulic Decoiler, Precision Straightener, Main Roll Forming Machine, Hydraulic Follow Shearing Station, Product Output Table and Electrical Control System.
Production procedure: Raw material coils will be decoil, then pre-staighten to ensure they are flat before roll forming. Quality-steel-made roller stations cold roll form coil as per design, shearing station to cut product to length, final product output. The whole procedure will be done full automatically, as such save labor costs and provide high efficiency. Above procedure can be applied on all of our linear strip making machines.
Product width is adjustable on C300 linear strip making machine. First, to input parameters into operating system with touch screen display and multi-language support. Then, PLC control system will automatically control roller stations to adjust accordingly. Multiple shearing methods are provided for the linear strip making machine, including fixed station cutting, hydraulic follow shearing and hydraulic fly shearing. We choose follow shearing with servomotor from industry-leading brand YASKAWA for this production line. Maximum production speed is 30m/min adjustable, and cutting blade is durable for long time working.
