KINGREAL Four Column Hydraulic Press Machine adopts hydraulic transmission system, through the liquid pressure to transfer the power, to realize the function of large tonnage pressing.
Technical Features
★Four-column hydraulic presses typically have four vertical columns that support and guide the sliding table, thus ensuring even pressure distribution and stability.The hydraulic system in the four-column hydraulic press adopts cartridge valve oil circuit, and the electrical system adopts relay or PLC control circuit, with regulation and semi-automatic operation mode. The four-column hydraulic press involves simple structure, long service life and accurate production of products.
★The working pressure, pressurizing speed and stroke range of the four-column hydraulic press can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process needs, and two kinds of processes, fixed-pressure and fixed-range, can be realized. When fixed-pressure molding, there is a pressure preservation delay and automatic return stroke after pressing.
★At the same time, the four-column hydraulic press is equipped with an ejector device in the middle of the table, which can be used as a hydraulic pad for the molding process of tensile parts in addition to ejecting products.
