The Decoiler Spindle Support Arm is one of the key components of the hydraulic decoiler, used to support and stabilize the position of the coil during the unwinding and unfolding process, ensuring that the coil is safely and smoothly unfolded and fed into the production line. The support arm is driven by the hydraulic system and can flexibly adjust and position the coil.
Straightener
1. Four-High Leveling refers to the leveling process in which there are four rollers (usually two upper rollers and two lower rollers) in the leveling machine. Four-roll leveling machine is a relatively basic leveling method, suitable for some of the larger thickness or lower precision requirements of the plate.
2. Six-Roll Leveling means that there are six rollers in the leveling machine (usually three upper rollers and three lower rollers), and this structure is able to apply more even and finer pressure to the plates to obtain higher flatness. Six roll leveling machine is mostly used for thin plate leveling, which is a higher precision leveling process.
