The A-Type Carriers Making Machine is compatible with stainless steel or galvanized steel as raw material. It can produce carriers for different sizes of metal ceiling tiles such as 600x600mm, 300x1200mm, 600x1200mm, 1200x1200mm etc. With KINGREAL CEILING MACHINERY 's metal ceiling tiles production line, these 2 products can compose a whole metal suspended ceiling tiles system.
	KINGREAL CEILING MACHINERY chooses quality components to build main roll forming machine. With CR12MoV mold steel and archway structure to ensure machine quality. 18 roller stations for precision cold roll forming. All methods to produce high-quality final products.
Final product length can be set through PLC control system, only need to input specifications into operating system with touch screen display, then the whole machine will adjust as per request. The hydraulic follow shearing station can cut product to length accordingly. Also the perforation molds are slow wire cutting type, which can make it more stable and durable than normal drilling-technology type molds.
